Committee Structure

Trinity Health Ireland's governance structure is defined by delegation of responsibility. This governance structure means that whilst the existing Boards of the Participating Institutions remain in place, the authority and responsibility are delegated to the THI Committee under the Chairmanship of Sir Gordon Duff with representation from each of the parent institutions as well as external nominees.
